I would love to hear how you get on - wave to us from the top, we're one of the few cultivated area's you'll see running up to the edge of the Kilimanjaro forest on her Western slopes. Moshi is a lovely town, do go to "El Rancho" for great & reasonably priced food, their curries are the best ! Past main post office/Stanbic bank on right is a bakery selling great snack type food, pies etc also well priced. Oh & do try an icy cold Kilimanjaro lager - available anywhere ! If you want some good leather goods (shoes, handbags & small keepsakes) ask for Shah's Leather shop in the industrial area. Have you checked out www.kilitrekker.com as they also have some great tips & advice for Kili climbers.
