Just to let you know that Roger Connolly's annual Brave Heart walk from Newcastle to Rostrevor will take place on Sunday 14th Dec 2008. This is a gruelling walk with proceeds going to the NI Children’s Hospice in Belfast. It starts in Donard Carpark at 5.00am and it takes in all the peaks en route and they hope to reach Rostrevor by 4.00pm. So give them your support by being available to greet them at the pub when they finish. Click on the logo pictured right for more info on Roger's charity. The Total raised for last year's Braveheart Walk was £3,500. As you know they wear kilts on this walk so to the authenticity of our bravehearts attire, I am assured that thermals are not part of the outfit !!!. Hi, A very good read and good luck Kili.
